      Pros

      Nothing really positive to mention.

      Cons

      Culture does not promote new ideas, innovation, or cross functional teamwork. Abusive management behavior went unchecked even when brought to the attention of HR department. They still use pagers and employees are responsible for emptying their own trash as "cost savings" methods.

      Pros

      Freat co workers everywhere in each department.

      Cons

      The GM has bad people skills and treats everyone as replaceable. Upper management thinks training should only take a month when it really takes years. Preaches saftey but does very little in actuality. Terrible staffing, after many layoffs we are left thin with no help, not enough people to fix everything. Promotions take too long ever after 5 star ratings each year
