Pros
Compared to most jobs, it's very easy. Benefits are good, use the stock plan to the max as soon as you're able to. Many other small monetary incentives that are nice. Stability and tuition reimbursement.
Cons
Drama and complaining, many families and nepotism present throughout. Unless you make good friends / brown nose, moving up is just short of an impossibility without attaining a degree for leverage. No recognition for going above and beyond- unless management likes you, very hit or miss. Upper management overly concerned about numbers, little care for frontline workers. High stress and bitterness among most workers, not the best environment. Understaffed and overworked, high turnover.
