      benefits are ok especially health benefits. bonuses from the factory are regularly provided if possible. good place for new graduates to learn

      Cons

      promotion are very hard. work life balance is ok but lack of social events. compensation is not at par with other semiconductor companies. training is also limited

      Pros

      Freat co workers everywhere in each department.

      Cons

      The GM has bad people skills and treats everyone as replaceable. Upper management thinks training should only take a month when it really takes years. Preaches saftey but does very little in actuality. Terrible staffing, after many layoffs we are left thin with no help, not enough people to fix everything. Promotions take too long ever after 5 star ratings each year
