      variety of markets and products gives the company strength to weather economic variations, calm and collaborative management style, targets compensation to meet competition. very good at supply chain management

      many, many, many different businesses that compete for limited internal manufacturing resources. company runs very lean and you have to be ready to work hard without a lot of support

      Pros

      Freat co workers everywhere in each department.

      Cons

      The GM has bad people skills and treats everyone as replaceable. Upper management thinks training should only take a month when it really takes years. Preaches saftey but does very little in actuality. Terrible staffing, after many layoffs we are left thin with no help, not enough people to fix everything. Promotions take too long ever after 5 star ratings each year
