Change your dated early 1980's Culture - its terrible - Anonymous employee onsemi Employee Review

ON buys firms to grow since they are not innovative enough themselves to invest in R&D. Their management culture/style is terrible....it's all about cost cutting without looking at the true "Cost" of trying to be a skinflint. They don't listen to their acquired talent from firms they procure so they never innovate. It's amazing. They will never be a successful company - the productive staff leave & won't tolerate their non collaborative culture...I've seen it with my own eyes. ON is going nowhere & its by their own fault (what a shame!)
