Pros

Avoid this employer, they only care about $.

Cons

I worked here for five years and gave this company everything I had. I was consistently one of the top performers in my department, but none of that mattered when they decided to “restructure.” Their so-called “24/7 business model” is just a cover for outsourcing work to people who are underpaid, poorly trained, and can’t effectively communicate with clients or coworkers. The quality of work has tanked because leadership values saving a dollar over doing things right. There’s no loyalty, no transparency, and certainly no respect for the people who actually keep the place running. The company culture is apathetic at best and toxic at worst - everyone’s just trying to survive the next round of layoffs. I wouldn’t recommend working here to anyone. You’d honestly be better off at McDonald’s, where at least your effort is seen and you’re treated like a human being.

Pros

I've really enjoyed working here because of the supportive culture and the flexibility of working from home. The team is collaborative, management is approachable, and I've had plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and take on different responsibilities within my role. If you enjoy continuous learning and a positive work environment, it's a great place to work.

Cons

The biggest downside is the limited opportunities for career advancement. It can be difficult to move up or receive title changes, even after taking on additional responsibilities. Compensation also tends to be below market compared to other companies offering similar roles and responsibilities, which can make it challenging to stay long-term.
