Pros

-Decent health, vision, dental insurance -Depending on supervisor, they'll step up to the plate and advocate for your team -LinkedIn learning (use this to skill up) -yearly "goal" setting -access to a mental health app -Permissive PTO -Employee resource groups -Organic growth and win at M&A! -New middle managers to meet every 3 months! -Always something new to learn: so many parts working together ensures you stay on your toes -recent internal process improvement -You get to work with people that have a wealth of knowledge and incredibly diverse backgrounds

Cons

-Lack of internal career growth opportunities -Interdepartmental communication is severely lacking -Additional workload brought on by learning new products to support due to acquired companies, without additional compensation -yearly raises to the tune of 2.1%: bonus is dependent on "eligibility" -Support is undervalued -Client patience is running out: hot button usability/software issues set on back burner to please larger clients with money to throw at their -Global workforce layoffs traded for offshoring. "Follow the sun model" -Out of touch ELT: "Don't forget, you're all replaceable!" -Concerns from employees regarding benefits, company direction, and compensation to ELT during townhalls are often minimized or ridiculed if you're lucky

Pros

I've really enjoyed working here because of the supportive culture and the flexibility of working from home. The team is collaborative, management is approachable, and I've had plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and take on different responsibilities within my role. If you enjoy continuous learning and a positive work environment, it's a great place to work.

Cons

The biggest downside is the limited opportunities for career advancement. It can be difficult to move up or receive title changes, even after taking on additional responsibilities. Compensation also tends to be below market compared to other companies offering similar roles and responsibilities, which can make it challenging to stay long-term.
