Pros

Casual dress code. Some of the newer employees that haven’t been there quite as long still have a glimmer of motivation left.

Cons

It is the worst company I have ever worked for. There is a systemic lack of concern for employees and the direction of the business. As an employee, you constantly feel like you are part of something bigger that you are not aware of that involves some sort of scam or secret cover up. There is no explanation for the choice of leadership (shout out to Nashville), lack of commitment to quality, disregard for employee morale, deadline misses and constant product failures. Requests for change on behalf of a customer or a suggestion to move in a positive direction was often met with lack of acknowledgement or even better – an accusation or question of your commitment. If you think title shouldn’t matter – ha! At symplr, your title provides you a free pass to act unprofessionally, work less, and consistently make little to no sense.

Pros

I've really enjoyed working here because of the supportive culture and the flexibility of working from home. The team is collaborative, management is approachable, and I've had plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and take on different responsibilities within my role. If you enjoy continuous learning and a positive work environment, it's a great place to work.

Cons

The biggest downside is the limited opportunities for career advancement. It can be difficult to move up or receive title changes, even after taking on additional responsibilities. Compensation also tends to be below market compared to other companies offering similar roles and responsibilities, which can make it challenging to stay long-term.
