Pros
Good pay and benefits Many different products which keeps the calls from getting stale Great team of people that work support
Cons
Not enough staff to do the job. Took a year and a half of being overworked to get more employees and once we did we still needed more. Training was not adequate for the new employees. Customers increasingly unhappy with product and hold times. Increasing amounts of products being released before they really should have been. Seems to be caring less about customer opinion (customers have complained about some of the above issues as well)
