API legacy employees still passionate about what they do.
Cons
Since symplr purchased API, tons of micromanaging and leading the business down the wrong path. Arrogant and poor leadership at symplr with no experience in the market of API. They only want to hear your feedback if it's positive towards them and you are chastised for voicing concerns. symplr continues to try to push their horrible culture down API employee's throats which isn't working well current employees. Senior Executives of symplr seems very insincere and you will only get somewhere if you say yes to everything they say. The best API leader just left the company which is probably a sign of things to come. Maybe we should start taking her lead.
