Pros

Pay is above Average, Cactus software has brand recognition

Cons

With the exception of the Pro's listed - Pretty much all the core competencies an employee would hope for in a successful organization are misaligned: Management- Inflated egos, unapproachable, inexperienced, reactive and unprofessional in so many ways- all the way up to C levels Product- No real road map, missed deployment dates, lack of qualified leadership Customers- unhappy, not referenceable and fleeing (Cactus) Employees- hard working. high stress, very low moral and fleeing Culture- it's a facade and a put on for show, Upper Management cares more about meeting investor goals and themselves and are staying for a payout- EMPLOYEES suffer from misaligned priorities

Pros

I've really enjoyed working here because of the supportive culture and the flexibility of working from home. The team is collaborative, management is approachable, and I've had plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and take on different responsibilities within my role. If you enjoy continuous learning and a positive work environment, it's a great place to work.

Cons

The biggest downside is the limited opportunities for career advancement. It can be difficult to move up or receive title changes, even after taking on additional responsibilities. Compensation also tends to be below market compared to other companies offering similar roles and responsibilities, which can make it challenging to stay long-term.
