Pros

The facility is nice. There is free beer and non-alcoholic beverages and occasionally food is brought in for employees.

Cons

My input is directed towards the business functions located in Overland Park, KS. The biggest thing holding the company back is the poor VP/SVP level leadership. They lack clear direction, are not able to execute, and do not treat employees with dignity. The other troubling area is the lack of commitment to the product. Product planning is lacking and client impacting product issues persist. A change is needed in this area if we are going to be successful. We continue to lose good people. I have worked at a few companies and this is the first time I am looking to move on because of the work environment. We often tell people interviewing that we know we have some issues, but we are working on them. I am no longer comfortable saying that because I have not seen change.

Pros

I've really enjoyed working here because of the supportive culture and the flexibility of working from home. The team is collaborative, management is approachable, and I've had plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and take on different responsibilities within my role. If you enjoy continuous learning and a positive work environment, it's a great place to work.

Cons

The biggest downside is the limited opportunities for career advancement. It can be difficult to move up or receive title changes, even after taking on additional responsibilities. Compensation also tends to be below market compared to other companies offering similar roles and responsibilities, which can make it challenging to stay long-term.
