Pros

Work from home, Permissive PTO, and job tools. Lots of great talent and nice peers to work with.

Cons

This organization started out well. Strong Leadership, clear objectives and a lot of fun. However, so many acquisitions have come in the last two years, that there is too much misalignment and competing priorities. The talent is there, but the upper management concerns are not. You cannot set a goal to "Organically Grow" but keep buying poor companies just to brag you have grown so much to your propspects. When you feel as if your taking a step ahead, you are moving two steps back as well. So much ambiguity and uncertainty of your career path. Working from home is not a differentiator anymore, you have many organizations who have moved virtual and do a great job keeping staff engaged and the workplace fun - this is where the culture has diminished.

Pros

I've really enjoyed working here because of the supportive culture and the flexibility of working from home. The team is collaborative, management is approachable, and I've had plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and take on different responsibilities within my role. If you enjoy continuous learning and a positive work environment, it's a great place to work.

Cons

The biggest downside is the limited opportunities for career advancement. It can be difficult to move up or receive title changes, even after taking on additional responsibilities. Compensation also tends to be below market compared to other companies offering similar roles and responsibilities, which can make it challenging to stay long-term.
