Pros

None. Just a horrible place to work. No stars warranted.

Cons

Management goes on every all hands call and pats themself in the back non stop about great culture. Total echo chamber. Couldn’t be farther from truth. Executive suite is uber slimy and will screw you any way they can financially for company benefit. Way too many sales team members which will be reduced next 12 months when they don’t meet numbers as a company. Sales team structure leads to infighting and backstabbing. Commission plan the worst I’ve ever seen in my career. Symplr is completely destroying companies they acquire and running out talent they should keep to sell, implement, and support. Will have major problems with clients from recently acquired companies. Benefit plans are okay for coverage but health insurance super expensive versus market. All in all just a terrible, toxic place to work. Only come here to collect a salary while you look for another opportunity. I’ve worked at several companies and have never left a such a jaded, scathing review but symplr truly deserves this.

Pros

I've really enjoyed working here because of the supportive culture and the flexibility of working from home. The team is collaborative, management is approachable, and I've had plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and take on different responsibilities within my role. If you enjoy continuous learning and a positive work environment, it's a great place to work.

Cons

The biggest downside is the limited opportunities for career advancement. It can be difficult to move up or receive title changes, even after taking on additional responsibilities. Compensation also tends to be below market compared to other companies offering similar roles and responsibilities, which can make it challenging to stay long-term.
