Pros

Overall ok kind of company. If you are lucky you will get a good manager. You will get to work with some great people with good mindset, if you are lucky enough to be working with them. Compensation and benefits are ok, better than some others.

Cons

Management is very bad, they were not able to mantain the standard they had previously. Very high level of politics. Many of the managers are not having any idea on how to manage their teams. Some usually panic in difficult situations and some do not have any idea about what they are doing. Unnecessary and blind decisions are made. Most of the cases you will not be able to give your insights, even if you are correct you need to understand manager is always correct.

Pros

I've really enjoyed working here because of the supportive culture and the flexibility of working from home. The team is collaborative, management is approachable, and I've had plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and take on different responsibilities within my role. If you enjoy continuous learning and a positive work environment, it's a great place to work.

Cons

The biggest downside is the limited opportunities for career advancement. It can be difficult to move up or receive title changes, even after taking on additional responsibilities. Compensation also tends to be below market compared to other companies offering similar roles and responsibilities, which can make it challenging to stay long-term.
