      fun yet professional team collaboration and communication. big focus on wellbeing. fun products! opportunities to learn new things. I've had nothing but amazing and impactful leaders, managers, and colleagues working at The LEGO Group Consumer Services.

      I have nothing bad or negative to say except that it's difficult to 'move up' in the company or in roles to an extent.

      Benefits are good and there are some good people still around

      Company is going down a weird path, micro managing is taking over, staff being cut down a lot, company seems to think if they invest all thier money into marketing but yet have no staff to execute this marketing it will work somehow.
