      Great Company values from a Strong recognised brand, Great Products for both Adults and children. Attempts at great work-life balance however with lacking resources.

      Cons

      Terrible Matrix leadership structure with a mix of Product Managers, Lead Engineers and Competency Leads. Creating an environment where blame is shifting between people constantly and prober ownership is not really taken.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
