      Good benefits package including great employee discount. It's a fun place to work, but it has many major problems.

      Cons

      Workplace drama, cliques, lack of communication between management and shop floor staff, overbearing supervisors, bad work-life balance. Career opportunities are more a factor of who you're friends with most of the time. So if you want to get promoted, you'd best start buddying up with your managers.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
