Pros
- Great flexibility in schedules - Good people and co workers - Good benefits in general - Great Values - Great brand
Cons
- Upper management takes decisions with no consultation from the employees and if it doesnt work they sell it like "the company is open to see whats the best for it", but that philosophy doesnt apply to employees. - No training - Some manager are not empowered by upper management - Decision making is slow, burocratic and they cant find the formula to improve it. - Lack of communication within the company and it always feels there is a hidden agenda. - Collaboration is more praised than results even if there is no accomplishment - Recognition is low and with no real impact - Benefits are low compared to competitors - Very stressful environment - The organization has too many people involved in the decision making and in the daily tasks, so changes are extremly slow. - Extrovert personalities will have a very marked advantage
