      Enjoyable work with a good customer base

      Management talked down to employees and didn't value them. Used position of power to manipulate situations that suited them entirely.

      Benefits are good and there are some good people still around

      Cons

      Company is going down a weird path, micro managing is taking over, staff being cut down a lot, company seems to think if they invest all thier money into marketing but yet have no staff to execute this marketing it will work somehow.
