      Excellent Benefits and compensations, as equal opportunities and work life balance.

      Cons

      too much changes on the board, and every time it happens the new board changes strategy "to show" the difference ... its pain full for the market only since it doesn't changes results ;) NEVER only brings more and more costs for the company.

      Benefits are good and there are some good people still around

      Cons

      Company is going down a weird path, micro managing is taking over, staff being cut down a lot, company seems to think if they invest all thier money into marketing but yet have no staff to execute this marketing it will work somehow.
