      - Long periods of time on-feet - Busy during holidays - Lots of interacting with strangers (for shy people) - Lots of knowledge required

      Benefits are good and there are some good people still around

      Cons

      Company is going down a weird path, micro managing is taking over, staff being cut down a lot, company seems to think if they invest all thier money into marketing but yet have no staff to execute this marketing it will work somehow.
