      Lack of structure/infrastructure out of date, little guidence from above, lack of efficiency, flat structure with little room for progression

      Benefits are good and there are some good people still around

      Cons

      Company is going down a weird path, micro managing is taking over, staff being cut down a lot, company seems to think if they invest all thier money into marketing but yet have no staff to execute this marketing it will work somehow.
