Pros

Salary, benefits if you are full time. Working in a retail location is as easy as it gets for the pay. It’s not like other retailers. The people you work with in the store are generally great. The guests are excited to be there as well. Discount is awesome as a permanent employee if you are a builder. Not super early and not super late shifts.

Cons

You don’t have any full time staff under the assistant manager in most locations. Makes it harder to develop people when a lot of times you only see people for a short period of time or in passing on their days they work. Change is good but not as disorganized as it is with very poor execution. Changing thing just to change them and not for the better. Communication is poor and scattered. Micromanagement with no value added busy work. Working in the mall. Slow to execute basic tasks. Upward movement is difficult. Once you are a part of the company seems like they want you to stay where you are a long time.

Pros

Benefits are good and there are some good people still around

Cons

Company is going down a weird path, micro managing is taking over, staff being cut down a lot, company seems to think if they invest all thier money into marketing but yet have no staff to execute this marketing it will work somehow.
