      great company, get lots of legos, fun environment, the children and dedicated customers are the best to see

      usually, short shifts, get a second job if you work here (college students), low key racism in the store location I was in,

      Benefits are good and there are some good people still around

      Company is going down a weird path, micro managing is taking over, staff being cut down a lot, company seems to think if they invest all thier money into marketing but yet have no staff to execute this marketing it will work somehow.
