      Customers and employees are genuinely passionate and excited about the brand and new products, up to 6% 401k match for part time employees, 50% off LEGO, and you even get to build them on the job.

      Cons

      …it’s retail, no getting around that. There is not much room for promotion opportunity, as the store is relatively small. Minimum wage is also a con.

      Benefits are good and there are some good people still around

      Company is going down a weird path, micro managing is taking over, staff being cut down a lot, company seems to think if they invest all thier money into marketing but yet have no staff to execute this marketing it will work somehow.
