We receive one bonus a year based on a percentage of KPI's and how the store performs sales wise and company wide. We receive gifts that are only for the employees for the holidays. Flexibility of schedules for those who attend school so that is a plus.
Cons
Company pay and raises are not comparable to the work load. I wish they would value their employees more when it comes to raises or base pay for team leaders.

Benefits are good and there are some good people still around

Company is going down a weird path, micro managing is taking over, staff being cut down a lot, company seems to think if they invest all thier money into marketing but yet have no staff to execute this marketing it will work somehow.
