I started at the LEGO group last year; It is a great place with emphasis on employee wellbeing, D&I and many such things which most other companies don't pay attention too. The remuneration is also good and the company is doing better than ever.
Cons
There is no focus on career planning for an employee or the IDPs
Re-location to different BUs is not as easy as it seems.

Amazing employee discount and environment. Super fun place to work!
Benefits are good and there are some good people still around
Cons
Company is going down a weird path, micro managing is taking over, staff being cut down a lot, company seems to think if they invest all thier money into marketing but yet have no staff to execute this marketing it will work somehow.
