      The discount is extremely generous. The culture of the company is very open and welcoming.

      Cons

      The pay was not so great. It is difficult to have significant pay raises unless moving up in the company.

      Benefits are good and there are some good people still around

      Cons

      Company is going down a weird path, micro managing is taking over, staff being cut down a lot, company seems to think if they invest all thier money into marketing but yet have no staff to execute this marketing it will work somehow.
