Awful management. These people don’t know how to hire quality employees and when they find quality employees they work them to the ground and underpay them until they leave. Nothing is fair here and nobody is treated equal. It’s close to impossible to move up unless you’re sleeping with someone in a different department who will take you under their wing. It’s such a grimey place. All our meetings are just replays of things we learned 4 years. They try to tell us how to do our job although the website has been broken for 10 years, takes over a month for product to ship out so the customers will hate you even though it has nothing to do with you. They will give you bad surveys for the delivery delays but then L2 will tell you that there’s nothing you can do.. then you’ll get blamed for these bad surveys though you were told to tell the customer there is nothing you can do. This place is literally a waste of life.
