      The people that worked there with me were fantastic. Everyone as a fan of Lego. and it made the job feel way easier since it was just a bunch of people having fun talking about their shared love for Lego

      Cons

      Not many cons, but it is retail at the end of the day, so be prepared for certain tough customers Compensation is ok but not anything to write home about. If you're not a huge fan of Lego, the work culture may feel a little cultish

      Benefits are good and there are some good people still around

      Cons

      Company is going down a weird path, micro managing is taking over, staff being cut down a lot, company seems to think if they invest all thier money into marketing but yet have no staff to execute this marketing it will work somehow.
