      Iconic brand, purpose driven, great benefits

      Cons

      Toxic leadership. Cult-like environment where everyone would rather work for the brand than have the job they have. Woefully underpaid staff. Zero feedback culture. No upward growth.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
