Pros
All levels of management genuinely care about the well-being of their employees and are willing to be flexible with hours. The work is not too demanding and can actually be a lot of fun. All employees get exclusive gifts at Christmas time.
Cons
The pay is not great and there is no commission on sales. Low-level retail employees can only work part-time and it is difficult to move up to a full-time position.
