      Great product for kids, great brand. Most of the people are there because they love play and want to do the right thing.

      Cons

      Beware the team called Future Lab - leadership team is really poor at people management and changes their minds every time a shiny object or executive enters their field of vision.

      Benefits are good and there are some good people still around

      Cons

      Company is going down a weird path, micro managing is taking over, staff being cut down a lot, company seems to think if they invest all thier money into marketing but yet have no staff to execute this marketing it will work somehow.
