Lego maintains top standards of customer service for the best possible guest experience, so every interaction will further refine and hone your skillset. Management is understanding and experienced and fully committed to both the brand and the employees. Multiple opportunities for advancement at various outlets around the nation are posted in weekly communications.

Cons

Wages are retail level, hours shift in volume with the seasons, holidays are very busy and chaotic - but these are all expected mainstays in this sort of position and there are no negatives specific to the company itself. In fact, Lego goes out of their way to treat the employees well during the holidays.

Benefits are good and there are some good people still around

Cons

Company is going down a weird path, micro managing is taking over, staff being cut down a lot, company seems to think if they invest all thier money into marketing but yet have no staff to execute this marketing it will work somehow.
