Pros

The culture is pretty good. Pay is decent for the field. There is a bonus each spring and a small raise each year. 50% discount off all LEGO items at LEGO Stores and on LEGO.com.

Cons

You're held to very strict metrics and contacts per hour. Definitely a high stress job. Raise per year is cents. Not very good with accommodations. The company is working hard to get rid of remote workers, even though we perform the same.

Pros

Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

Cons

Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
