Pros
Fun and rewarding job! I would recommend this to anyone passionate about teaching coding concepts or looking for an extra income. In terms of management: organized, structured, easy to set availability around other commitments. Students who attend really do want to learn, are attentive, ask questions and you are an inspiration to them.
Cons
I wish there was more developed curriculums for group classes and small-sessions. Instructors often have to spend extra time to prepare lessons and thing about what concepts to go over - which might be a little demanding for some. But who knows, maybe things have changed since I worked there and its different now.
