Pros
This is a very good place to work. You have a flexible schedule, nearly complete freedom in choosing teaching strategies. In the center where I work, the relations are very supportive, the team is nice. There is also many opportunities to stand out, especially if you are good at a particular area of coding or if you prove that you can quickly acquire new knowledge. Also, from what I understand, you get paid significantly more here than in similar places.
Cons
Often kids just do not attend trial sessions, and you won't know about it until the last minute. But that's due to CoViD: when it ends, this won't be a problem. One more minor con is that there are 3 different systems that you use that aren't very well connected with one another: one for seeing your schedule, one for leaving notes for parents, and one for any other communication with them. You may lose a significant amount of time on that.
