      Good benefits, friendly workforce, work is not overbearing, periodic company activities and luncheons that are fun

      Cons

      No training or room for advancement. Managers are not always qualified. Some nepotism.

      Pros

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
