      Most of the management is good, no ulterior motives The hours are good Room for overtime

      Cons

      The management that sucks, really suck. They once tried to withhold my ROE. They expect way too much. Pay is less than the average for the same position Upper management will try their hrdest to not give raises

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
