      Pros

      Lots of freedom. Can do lots of things freely. Not very strict. Kind of flat organization. Not very Japanese. Many foreigners inside. Though main language still is Japanese

      Cons

      Nothing much to learn from my side. I brought with me my knowledge from other fields and improved business processes inside the company. Still on the traditional type of Japanese company as historically it is a mid-small size Japanese company, just bought out by a German and Italian joint venture.

      Pros

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
