      Big German multi: provides all tools for work, correct work-life balance, options to step ahead in the hierarchy, lot of different opportunitites

      Cons

      Big German multi: burocratic, serious limitation on the tools you can use (programmers nightmare). A lot of position are quite repetitive.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
