      Strong corporate identity initiatives Salary okay If you have a good boss, chances of growth and trainings (in and out house) nice location Chances to climb career latter, if you want to stay

      - Typical big cooperate leadership talk - a limit at bonus-payment if you outperform your yearly goals - Lots of arms wrestling between the departments, no responsibility taking - lack of will for cost transparency between the departments

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
