Very Safety oriented from top levels down to employees

Cons

Contracted facilities do not always follow TK safety values and philosophies, therefore pushing safety culture in a positive direction become nearly impossible.

Pros

Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

Cons

Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
