uBreakiFix is a wonderful Company to work for. The franchise owners here in Central Arkansas make us all feel like a part of their family. I love the work that we do and the passion that we share amongst our fellow team members. Everyone is friends in and outside of work and being part of that team and the comradery we share is an amazing feeling. Some of the best people that I have met in my life have been while working for this company. Generally customers are very positive when they leave our store, giving us a great sense of accomplishment and pride in our work. We are constantly learning new things from our online training and knowledge base system. The company provides internal resources for new hires to make the job easier to adjust to and the management and other employees are very willing to help train. The partnerships we have with Samsung, Google, HP and others, are great experience to have under your belt. Working with the latest gadgets from these vendors is incredible. Most of them provide special tools for use during the repair process, comparable to what would actually be used during the manufacturing process. It's really awesome to be able to complete this process first hand and see what goes into making a modern smartphone, tablet, or other device.
