Beware - Anonymous employee vidIQ Employee Review

The company is starting to build a very cruel leadership team. This is creating an environment of fear and anxiety. There have been arbitrary lay-offs all in the name of progress and leveling up. But that doesn't seem to be the case to me. These employees are not great leaders. The saving grace would be if they are really great at their craft. This would mean the company will be successful, but there will be high turnover. I'm not sure how this will all shake out. I do have a long list of companies I wouldn't work for, but wouldn't bet against. I would count this as one of them. All my opinion of course. Hopefully you find something different here.
