Pros

fully remote job. full time employee status with health insurance/basic benefits.

Cons

a disproportionate amount of work given pay. constantly changing expectations. little to no opportunities for career growth/advancement. favoritism. micromanagement + unnecessary trainings that take individuality away from job. one month it can feel like we're thriving, the next it feels like we're on the brink of collapse. each department is isolated from one another entirely. company clearly values AI over human intelligence and it reflects in decisions made + overall priorities. upper management changes way too frequently for lower level employees to have full faith and confidence in the direction of the company.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you value the remote setup and benefits, and we’re sorry to hear that other parts of your experience haven’t met your expectations. We know that fast-paced environments can sometimes create challenges with clarity and consistency, and we’re actively working to improve alignment, internal communication, and growth opportunities across the team. Your input helps us do that better. We appreciate your contributions and hope to continue building a workplace where everyone feels supported and set up to succeed.

Pros

Smart, super collaborative team, and a People Ops function that is approachable, ALWAYS responsive, and genuinely cares about employees. Good opportunities to take ownership, grow, and make an impact.

Cons

Fast-paced environment often leads to shifting priorities.

Pros

Really interesting problem space, and very defendable moat. Great direction from my manager as well.

Cons

Remote nature wasn't really my vibe, but I think someone older could appreciate it.
