Pros

The experience I had at NCI was excellent. I was able to communicate and implement my skill set into various team projects and it felt good working alongside determined coworkers. A career with NCI allows you flexibility in working hours and vacations. Everybody I worked with was determined and goal orientated, yet friendly.

Cons

It took a while to get to know my coworkers.
