      Pros

      -Growing company -Open-door management -Fair pay Empower is rapidly growing, you can always talk to upper management and, if you put in the effort, you will be paid according to the level of your work.

      Cons

      -Understaffed -Communication failures The rapid growth is responsible for a huge workload but there aren't enough people to properly process it. This is changing but remains a problem. Also, communicating often fails and fails hard between departments. There isn't a sophisticated or formal means to working with other departments.
