Pros

Standard good benefits, like 401k, holidays, "unlimited" sick and PTO (basically think you can get 3-4 weeks just on PTO, not including sick days). Open to parallel career movement if you're interested.

Cons

Career trajectory only ok if you're already senior in the field, harder to think about getting promotions. Pay is alright for US-based remote, but not as competitive with higher tier Software Engineering companies.
